Agent Tracker is the first independent verified review site for estate agents and they say that standards in the industry need to be revolutionised to ensure agents deliver the best possible customer service.
An agent that is signed up to Agent Tracker can encourage their customers to leave verified reviews on the site based on their experience during selling or buying and can give an overall star rating, which will allow other consumers to make an informed choice with the instruction of an agent.

Agent Tracker will work with agents to aid them with customer service levels and will reward those agents who perform consistently while others will be able to see where improvements are required.

With only the five most recent reviews being visible on the site this should give an accurate review of current service levels and allowing agents who receive weak reviews to put things right quickly. The service is only available to genuine vendors/purchasers as customers are given a password at the beginning of the process. This enables them to leave a review on the site whilst still ensuring that the reviews are only from genuine vendors/purchasers.
Agent Tracker is the brainchild of mortgage broker Simon Djemil, Martin Reynolds, a former manager with specialist lender Birmingham Midshires and Martin Wilson, former Chairman of Personal Touch Financial Services.
The launch of Agent Tracker is possibly long overdue when you consider that there have been various sites designed to review Solicitors, such as www.solicitor.info and also http://www.solicitorsfromhell.co.uk , the latter having been designed more to advise which Solicitors not to use than to offer constructive reviews.
