The national estate agency and property services group announced today it has commenced the roll out of TMSecureâ„¢, a new panel management system which will be used across its 500 offices.
The new software, developed by TM Group UK Limited, is described as innovative and flexible and will enable Connells Group to effectively manage its legal panel in real time.
The new system will also enhance the secure delivery of instructions and other key documents in the conveyancing process, and has been fully integrated across Connells’ estate agency platform, Matchmaker.
Roger Wilson, Conveyancing Services Director, said: “We’ve been approached by a number of software providers over the years, but none were truly fit for purpose or delivered meaningful benefits to justify Connells making an investment.
“TMSecure has been designed by experienced panel managers. It is refreshing to see such an outstanding solution delivered exactly on time and on budget.”
TM Group has also developed a specific panel management solution for lenders including real time due diligence on individual conveyancers within law firms. This is being piloted by Skipton Building Society.
