Marketing for conveyancers

Client focus sees Napthens named North West’s top conveyancing firm

Lancashire law firm Napthens has been named the region’s best conveyancing firm.

Last night the law firm’s Residential Property team won the coveted Regional Conveyancing Firm 2014.

A panel of judges at the National Conveyancing Conference, which took place in the West Midlands, including industry experts from The National Association of Estate Agents and banking group Santander picked Napthens for its commitment to client care.

In their comments, the judges said: "This year’s winner stood out from the crowd as a firm that was totally committed to client care. There was a clear focus on an individual tailored service.

"At Napthens clients come first. The ethos of the firm is that a client is for life, after sales service is also an important part of the work undertaken by Napthens.

"Additionally the firm has good procedures in place and is well positioned to make the most of an improving conveyancing market."

The award’s criteria focused on the consumer, but looked for firms that also interacted well with the estate agency community.

The judges reviewed what the Napthens’ team had done to ensure clients received the highest level of customer care. Criteria also included how it wins business, handles complaints and what training and compliance procedures are in place.

Sarah Barnes, head of Residential Property at Napthens, said: "With a dynamic, fluctuating housing market and pressures on all property professionals to provide a fast and efficient service, we believe in putting our clients at the heart of everything we do.

"Our team works hard to ensure that clients consistently receive great service and it’s satisfying to see this recognised by fellow professionals in this way.

"I’d like to thank everyone in the team for their hard work."
