Having been at the company for over a decade, Sean King CEO has seen the growth of Move with Us first hand; as it expanded from just 3 members of staff, to 320.
During this time, Move with Us has won awards including business of the year and employer of the year, on top of being included in the Sunday Times’ Fast Track 100 and Deloittes UK Futures 1000.
The owners of Move with Us, Simplify Legal; have recently received investment for a controlling stake in their business from Palamon Capital Partners.
Sean King declared that ‘the owners of Move with Us will retain a significant stake in The Simplify Group and the management team will remain in place’. King also identified that Move with Us planned to ‘strengthen our offering to our estate agency network and conveyancing panel firms.’
The Simplify group, currently with a turnover of £60m, will now have the opportunity to obtain direct contact with consumers via high street law firms, through its partnership with QualitySolicitors, the firm owned by Palamon Capital Partners.
King also added in the statement ‘our plan is to increase the volume of non-discretionary property sale instructions through working in the legal sector’ however guaranteed that ‘commitment to new home builders will continue to be a key area of focus’ allowing them to continue to deliver their ‘high performance property sales service’.
The CEO finished by confirming ‘we look forward to working with Palamon Capital Partners and the rest of The Simplify Group combining the best of property and legal services.’
