The lucky winner of this month’s prize draw is Keeley Miller, a conveyancing lawyer with Sackville’s, a long standing and well established firm of solicitors in Hornchurch and Rainham, Essex.
Keeley wins a bottle of Veuve Cliquot champagne for registering on the Today’s Conveyancer website. Keeley says: “What a wonderful surprise, it was my lucky day signing up to the newsletter. Ms Miller has worked in conveyancing since qualification in 2001 and emphasises the importance of client care to her practice: “I started with a traditional high street practice and was exposed to providing client care at an early stage in my career. It has always stuck with my how the Principals in the office would meet every client before exchange of contracts to ‘report on title’ which back then meant literally taking the clients through all the paperwork before they signed the contract. It is a shame that we have moved away from providing advice and assistance in this way but clients as consumers are more accustomed to services being provided at a faster pace in this digital age.”
