Alternative Business Structures (ABS) will soon be entering the legal marketplace and Eclipse Legal Systems, a UK Case Management Software provider, has been the first to launch an ABS-specific case management system.
Eclipse has made two new Proclaim Case Management Software systems available, having taken into account the “unique requirements of ABS organisations”:
– Proclaim ABS — suitable for ABS organisations providing a wide range of consumer-based legal services. Combining the core Proclaim Case Management functionality with a choice of pre-prepared workflows, including Conveyancing, personal injury, employment, family, probate and financial mis-selling.
– Proclaim ABS PI — designed specifically for use within the personal injury sector. Integrating initial claim handling, personal injury litigation and links to medical reporting agencies.
