X-Press Legal Services has announced the arrival of new owner David Mermod for one of the largest franchise regions.
Central region, which covers Nuneaton, Bedford, Telford, Shropshire, North West Leicestershire, Powys, Hereford, Coventry and Rugby will now come under the stewardship of David Mermod. David comes with a wealth of experience in the sector, having completed a law degree and currently working towards a completion of his master’s degree in property law.

A 52-year-old father of three, David has a background of expertise in managerial roles, including 21 years in sales for a nationwide media and business directory organisation. Now he’s set his sights on growing his X-Press client base at an exciting time of growth and digitisation in the property transaction sector.
