The LFS Conveyancing Conference and Awards 2015

On the 17th of September, The Law Firm Services will be hosting the conveyancing conference and annual awards for the 7th year running. The conveyancing conference and awards will take place at the MK Stadium in Milton Keynes.

The main conference will be held from 9.15am to 4.30pm and is worth a total of 5 CPD points. This will be followed by the prestigious annual awards ceremony, where industry professionals come together to celebrate the hard work and success of top conveyancers and firms in England and Wales.

Searches UK are proud to announce they will be sponsoring the South & South West Award for Regional Conveyancing Firm.

Andrew Stenning, Managing Director at Searches UK said: “Searches UK are delighted to sponsor this award for the LFS Conveyancing Awards. It is a pleasure to be involved and unite with other industry experts to mark commitment and talent in the conveyancing profession.

“The South & South West Award for Regional Conveyancing Firm honours those who are committed to providing high working standards and excellent customer service. As a company that works hard to maintain such standards, we appreciate the dedication made to run a successful and creditable business. I am very much looking forward to presenting this award on the night.”

Last year saw worthy winners Gill Akaster Solicitors take the award, which was judged by Roger Wilson, a Conveyancing Services Director at Connells Group.

Roger Wilson said: “I was very impressed with this firm. They evidenced a commitment to customers through their new 8 point charter, they recognised the importance of communication with a focus on this aspect when recruiting.

“An openness to customer feedback with a pledge to match every piece of feedback with a donation to charity and their focus on working with other lawyers, with initiatives to back that up. This is especially helpful in the current market.”

There are six regional awards to enter which are, The South & South West, London & The South East, Wales & The West Midlands, East Anglia & The East Midlands, Yorkshire & The North East, North West & Cumbria. The judges will be looking for firms with a strong focus on the consumer and that interact well with the estate agent community.

Other award categories include Best Direct Conveyancing Firm, Best Small Conveyancing Firm, Best Young Conveyancer, Best Use of Social Media, Website and Marketing, and Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year.
