Talbots unveil new office and new branding
Former QualitySolicitors branded West Midlands firm Talbots have unveiled a new office alongside their new corporate identity.
The firm have spent more than £1 million on the rebrand, recruitment and additional properties, and intent to improve more offices elsewhere.
The new office in Wolverhampton will home an expansion of residential property, business services, trusts and estates teams.
Mary Mocklow, Chief Executive at Talbots said: “We were delighted to announce the new brand to coincide with the official launch of our Wolverhampton office on Waterloo Road,” .
“This gives us a much more prominent location in the heart of the city’s commercial district and in easy walking distance of the main shopping centre. It is also double the size of our previous site so gives us plenty of room for expansion and a much better open plan layout.
“Our strategy is to achieve £10m turnover by the end of this year and the decisions we have made in the first half of 2016 means we are in a good position to hit this target.”
The firm grew it’s residential property portfolio by 26% and now employs 194 staff across several offices across the Black Country, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. They announced their decision to leave QualitySolicitors back in March.
“We have used our exit from the QS brand to really put a marker in the sand when it comes to our future direction and we wanted to ensure our clients knew we were committed to the local area and local people.
“The new brand has been designed to capture a simple, yet more modern style and carries the strapline ‘for law, for life’ which reflects our determination to support our clients across all the legal areas they will need us during their lives.”
“We have a new logo, a suite of marketing material and are upgrading the seven local offices in the network. A new website (www.talbotslaw.co.uk) has been created to reflect the new brand and our services to clients.”
