Estate agency group Spicerhaart is to invest over £5 million as part of a ‘service revolution’ within the haart branch network, reports MyIntroducer.com
The haart estate agency branch network is made up of over 120 outlets, and the investment will form part of the drive to make it the estate agency of choice. There will be a brand training programme which every member of staff within the firm’s residential sales, residential lettings, financial and legal services departments will take part in. Brand champions will be created at each branch.
These developments follow a period of consultation with customers.
The haart brand will also have a new look, with a refreshed website and marketing materials, and will use the strapline ‘Always your best interests at haart’.
