Sort Legal now offering training for new conveyancers

Sort Legal becomes a training provider for new conveyancers

Sort Legal are delighted to announce they are now authorised by the SRA (Solicitors Regulations Authority) as a training provider to help train new solicitors as part of their plans for future growth.

Continuously seeing growth since 2016, the firm celebrated the opening of their second branch in Cardiff earlier this year (2020). Whilst seeing their success flourish during the COVID outbreak, their target is to continue expanding at the same time as educating new Solicitors within the firm. Prior to receiving confirmation of their new SRA training authorisation, Sort Legal had started their journey into rolling out CLC training for a number of their employees.

Sort Legal have 3 members of the team participating in their CLC training, with 1 member almost completing the course. The company’s plan is to recruit more individuals due to the increasing demand in the property market. Now with the addition of having SRA training provider status, on top of their existing CLC training programme, Sort Legal can continue to invest in their employees and ensure top quality knowledge and training.

Laura Burkinshaw (HOLP) comments:

“This is an exciting time for Sort Legal. Since I started a few months ago, I have steered the firm into taking tremendous strides in its progression and I am thrilled to be offering more positions across the two branches, including apprenticeships. The goal is to invest in our employees to maintain our high level of quality service to our customers.”

The firm are looking to recruit more individuals to join their Transactional Teams for their Cardiff office along with 6 new apprentices for their Derby office – 2 in New Business, 2 in Post Completion and 2 in the Remortgage department.
