Simplify has selected LexisNexis Visualfiles as its group-wide software platform for case and legal process management.
Having already run a successful pilot, Simplify will now complete a phased roll-out of the software platform.
Visualfiles is now the case management software of choice for conveyancers with seven of the 10 largest UK conveyancing firms using the software.
The February collaboration of both Simplify Group and My Home Move created the leading and largest conveyancing powerhouse in the UK, processing in excess of 130,000 property transactions per year under the Simplify brand.
Known for their technological investments and innovative uses of cutting edge technology, Simplify has continued to build investments in technology in order to ‘enable clients, partner introducers and panel conveyancing firms to benefit from enhanced levels of service and visibility of their property transactions.’
