Sesame Bankhall Legal Services has launched a legal panel comprising of Optima Legal, Shoosmiths, Breeze & Wyles and O’Neill Patient, which will offer the service of legal protection of their client’s wealth.
Sesame will train their advisors to be able to deal with a wide range of complex legal issues that are associated with financial planning. Their plan is to focus on conveyancing initially, and to phase in other dimensions over time to provide a full private client service which will include: legal advice to clients and their families, will writing, trust deed protection, probate, and estate and trust administration.
The conveyancing service was recently set in motion and will allow advisors to refer cases using an automated process to four of the UK’s leading conveyancing solicitors practices. A tracking system has been put into place which will allow advisors and their clients to keep up-to-date with their cases using the online system. Advisors and clients are also able to access information through email and SMS messaging.
