Second acquisition in succession for myhomemove – 7th July 2010
On the 25th June we reported that myhomemove who claim to be the largest “independent provider of conveyancing services” acquired Easier 2 Move the panel manager.
Today by a further press release they have announced their acquisition of Complete-Move the licensed conveyancing subsidiary of Farrell Heyworth the 22 branch estate agent based in the North West.
myhome move operate out of Leicester and employ over 300 staff to conduct conveyancing via a number of brands including newmans conveyancing, team conveyancing and many other white labelled brands.
Andrew Armstead, Operations Manager of Complete-Move said of the acquisition: “This is great news for Complete-Move. myhomemove are already the UK’s largest independent provider of mover conveyancing, and this shows their continued commitment to expansion. Over the coming months, myhomemove are dedicated to growing the Middlebrook team in what is still a relatively fragile property market”.
