Residential property law specialist, Jonathan Achampong of Wedlake Bell LLP, has been promoted to a partner of the firm.
With his prime focus being on a range of residential property matters, many of Jonathan’s clients are high-net-worth individuals who buy or sell high-value freehold and leasehold properties in central London and Home COunties between £1m-£8m. Jonathan also specialises in leasehold enfranchisement.
Last year, Jonathan was awarded the “Rising Star of the Year” award at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2017 and was “Highly Commended” in the ‘Young Professional of the Year’ category at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2017.
Jonathan is also a key member of the team that recently won the award for the “Property Team of the Year” at the Modern Law Awards 2018.
