Newcastle firm Mincoffs have taken on a new team member to join their expanding residential conveyancing team after a successful year. The total conveyancing team has grown to five, with two new team members joining in the last six months.
Mincoffs is continuing to grow through the difficult economic conditions. The turnover of the department has increased by 65% over the last year, and the firm is currently recruiting another team member to join the team.
Neil Shearer joins Mincoffs from Optima Legal. He has over 6 years experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and excellent customer services skills.
Una Coulson, Head of Residential Conveyancing at Mincoffs commented:
“I am delighted to welcome Neil on board. He is an asset to the team and his experience will compliment the skill base we already have in place. We are currently undergoing a period of growth within our residential property department and have secured a number of contracts which have allowed us to expand our team. Neil is a welcome addition to the team and his experience will be invaluable. We are pleased that we are continuing to grow despite the current economic climate but will continue to invest in our company and staff to ensure our clients experience excellent service.”
Neil Shearer commented:
“I knew about Mincoffs before I joined the firm and knew that they were a very well respected firm within the North East and had a great reputation for customer service. Everyone at the firm has made me feel very welcome and the experience I will gain working alongside Una and the team, will be second to none.”
