One week to go until the LFS Conference and Awards!

The fourth annual Law Firm Services (LFS) Conveyancing Awards will be presented at a glittering gala evening on 17th September in Milton Keynes, where over 350 leading members of the conveyancing and estate agency profession will be present.

The awards evening will follow the annual Law Firm Services Conveyancing Conference, which has a wide range of relevant topics being covered by a first class range of speakers. These include well known economist Justin Urquhart-Stewart whose intelligent and witty delivery brings the complexities of the world economy to life in an informed and entertaining fashion.

With twelve awards due to be presented following a rigorous judging process that included formal submissions, legal audits, mystery shopping exercises and interviews, the eventual winners will feel rightly proud that they are the very best firms in the conveyancing profession.

Previous winners of the coveted Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year which is selected from the winners of the regional categories, have been Stephensons,, My Home Move and Ramsdens.

There is also an individual award for the Best Young Conveyancer of the Year and previous winners have been Emma Alsop of Lanyon Bowdler, Lindsey Frith of Ramsdens and Emily Eldridge of Conveyancing Direct.

The awards will be co-compered by Michael Day, Managing Director of Integra Property Services, who has been a judge for the awards since their inception, and he will be sharing the honour of handing out the awards with Dan Montagnani, Managing Director of award sponsors Groundsure.

These awards are the only specialist awards for the conveyancing profession and previous winners have all reported that they have benefited from significant increases in business, particularly from estate agents looking to place their business with the finest operators across the country.

Richard Mathias of Law Firm Services added: “The volume of entries into our awards has grown year on year as leading conveyancing firms realise the value to be gained in an independent assessment of their operations and in the opportunities to be gained for new business from introducers such as estate agents, brokers and mortgage intermediaries.”

There are still a few places remaining for those who wish to attend the conference or awards and full details can be found at www.lfsconference.co.uk
