North East firm appoints new Associate Director

North East law firm, Core Legal Limited, is delighted to announce the arrival of Licensed Conveyancer, Adele Burrows who is the latest member to join the newly established legal team based in Teesside.

Adele joins as Associate Director at the firm’s Teesside office to deal with a growing demand from clients based both locally and nationally.

Adele, from Darlington, has over 15 years’ experience working in established legal practices throughout the North East and has specialised in residential conveyancing throughout her career. She qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2012 and has previously managed residential conveyancing teams handling volume conveyancing work for a number of large national panel referrers and lenders.

Adele specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including help to buy, shared ownership, right to buy, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and dealing with complicated leasehold properties.

Core Legal’s Conveyancing Team is led by Managing Director, Sally Hare.

Sally said: “I have worked alongside Adele previously and am thrilled to welcome her to Core Legal. Adele has both the experience to manage and grow her own conveyancing team and her client care skills are second to none. Moving home can be one of the most stressful times of our clients lives but Adele always shows great empathy and she also has excellent relationships with other professionals in the property market.”

Adele said: “I’m delighted to have taken up the position at Core Legal and am really looking forward to working with the rest of the team and supporting Sally to grow the business.”

Core Legal, a specialist law firm dedicated to residential conveyancing, wills, trusts and probate work, was set up by directors Sally Hare, Keith Ahmed, Claire Hewitt and Jo Anderson.
