Nominations open for Conveyancing Firm of the Year – National

Hot on the heels of nominations for the Today’s Conveyancer Industry Champion, the British Conveyancing Awards, sponsored by Dye & Durham today launches nominations for Conveyancing Firm of the Year – National, a category proudly sponsored by Groundsure.

The two awards are central to the theme of the 2022 awards which is about looking at what’s next for conveyancers and celebrating the cream of the conveyancing crop.

Conveyancing Firm of the Year – National invites nominations from conveyancers at the coalface to recognise those on the other side of the transaction who are the best firms to work with:

  • Which firms go above and beyond to make a difference
  • Who takes proactive steps to work with other conveyancers to smooth progress of transactions?
  • Whose working methods ensured all parties in the transaction remained up to speed with progress?

The nominations will remain open until 11th February when a shortlist will be drawn up. A public vote will then be launched on 21st February and the winner will be announced at the British Conveyancing Awards ceremony, hosted at Church House, London on 15th March 2022.

Commenting on their support for this unique award, Malcolm Smith, Chief Operating Officer at Groundsure says

“Delivering the highest quality customer service is everything to us. This extends not just to the homebuyer, seller or business owner, but between other professionals and stakeholders across the transaction. So, we were naturally delighted to sponsor the National Conveyancing Firm of the Year category at this year’s awards.”

“In what has been a stressful and challenging last year, it is really important to recognise and appreciate the work that all high quality, professional conveyancing firms have completed in often difficult operational conditions. This award is especially important as the winner is not only voted for by peers who recognise their quality and commitment to service but also evidenced by their performance in getting completions done to the highest standard. “

Managing Director of Today’s Media, the publishers of Today’s Conveyancer and organisers of The British Conveyancing Awards, David Opie adds

“The Conveyancing Firm of the Year – National category sets out to identify the firms those at the coalface of conveyancing recognise to be exceptional at what they do and good to work with. The last 2 years has fostered a camaraderie in the industry which has brought conveyancers closer in a spirit of togetherness. Let’s not let that slip. Let’s recognise those firms who, when we see them on the other side of the transaction, we are confident we’re going to have a smooth transaction.

“The support of Groundsure in this endeavour is fantastic and we’re incredibly appreciate of their involvement. We’re really excited to see who is nominated and ultimately, who wins!”
