Livingbridge Announces Investment In Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers

Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers have strengthened their position as a tech-enabled market leader after Livingbridge, a leader in mid-market private equity investment, has announced their investment in the firm.

Livingbridge’s Enterprise 2 fund will benefit Simply’s clients, agents and end users as the investment is looking to bolster and improve technology and staff development.

Despite the flat residential housing market, Simply has grown its transaction volumes by 44% after being a pioneer in investing heavily in technology and processes. Over the past three years, Simply has invested over £1 million in developing its conveyancing platform, eConvey.

Simply Conveyancing established its own conveyancing offering in 2009 having been founded in 2000 by Ashley and Susan King. The conveyancing service has since become one of the fastest growing conveyancers in the UK.

Ashley King, CEO of Simply, commented:

“We are delighted with Livingbridge’s investment It follows on naturally from the investment we have made in staff and technology and accelerates our ability to deliver better service levels to agents and consumers. There will be no disruption in terms of management changes, and so we are excited to hit the ground running in terms of the growth we expect to achieve.”

Sanjay Panchal, Investment Director, at Livingbridge, said:

“Simply is a fantastic business with a strong track record of innovation. The Group’s focus on technology really appealed to us and has enabled them to establish themselves as market leaders.
