Keoghs Conveyancing is proud to announce that its achievements have been recognised at one of the UK’s largest conveyancing awards just 10 months after its inception.
Winning in the North-West Firm of the Year category, Keoghs Conveyancing was pleased to be presented with the Highly Commended Award at the prestigious Law Firm Services (LFS) Awards earlier this week.
The achievement of the highly sought-after award demonstrates just how far the conveyancing department has come in such a short period, demonstrating the quality of service and dedication of the team.
Enhancing the consumer experience and playing a key role in Keoghs’ success was Front of House service, The Move Exchange. Utilising their experience in conveyancing sales, marketing and lead management, the Front of House team is committed to providing a consistently high level of customer service, the quality of which has now been reflected in Keogh’s LFS achievement.
The efficiency of the service was also improved by the team’s decision to utilise an online quotation tool provided by Search Acumen. Enabling users to quickly calculate fees associated with a property transaction, the tool allows quotes to be provided quickly, enhancing the experience for the client.
In order to be considered for an LFS Award, the nominated firms must undergo a rigorous judging process which involves a mystery shopping experience, Legal Eye compliance check and an intensive interview. This is also followed by a Shopper Anonymous survey where a minimum of ten clients are asked about the quality of service that they received from the firm.
Keogh’s achievement in this category demonstrates the strong relationship that they’ve established with The Move Exchange, enabling the consumer experience to be central to the service which they provide.
The award comes shortly after the firm received accreditations from both the Law Society for CQS and Lender Exchange, and affirms its strengthening position within the market.
