The Law Society have today (5th June 2020) updated its Property Information Form (TA6).
The latest version corrects inaccuracies about septic tanks (Q. 12.5) in the previous version of the form. For reference the correction is outlined below.
To ensure you have the correct form from your provider you need to ensure you have the “4th edition 2020 – second revision.”
