Launch of New conveyancing service developed for Metro Bank

A provider of an online B2B platform has announced the launch of a new conveyancing service designed specifically for Metro Bank.

A three-year contract has been awarded to ULS to deliver conveyancing services to the Bank’s customers; these services have been tailored in line with the Bank’s requirements for excellence in customer service.

Commenting on the attainment of the agreement was Ben Thompson. The CEO of ULS stated: “We are all delighted to have been awarded this agreement, under which we have built a tailored suite of conveyancing technology led services to support Metro Bank. We fully understand what the Bank has successfully been doing over the last seven years or so, and intend to directly help them to continue, if not better, the industry leading levels of service they have been offering to their borrowers since launch.

“We very much look forward to evolving our conveyancing related technology with Metro Bank and exploring how impactful this can be on overall customer experience, to the direct benefit of the Bank and its mortgage borrowers.

“As we move into the second half of the current financial year, we will continue to explore and develop ways to enhance customer satisfaction and accelerate the conveyancing experience to give mortgage borrowers and home movers improved customer experience and outcomes. This is an exciting time for the whole sector as technology-led solutions, such as ours, demonstrate how they can tangibly improve how conveyancing and the wider home moving process is carried out.”

Glad to see Metro’s wish to help client’s involved with conveyancing but, what exactly, will the service do?

Sorry to see that they only intend to benefit their clients. The property industry has much to gain by embracing open data and apps etc and those championing this much commercially beneficial reputation by doing so. Call it Metro Conveyancing and let other banks’ clients use it and wish that their bank was so helpful.
