Julian Harris Mortgage Network appoints OpenConvey – 9th June 2010

Following annoucements earlier this month of additional conveyancing firms joining their online conveyancing portal, Open Convey has been appointed as the preferred partner for all the conveyancing needs of the Julian Harris Network.

Based in Ashford Kent, the network has over 240 adviser firms.

The key feature of the arrangement will be the establishment of a bespoke panel of conveyancing firms tailored exactly to the needs of the network and its member firms.

Steve Maine, Managing Director of OpenConvey, commented, " We were able to offer Julian Harris exactly what they were looking for, namely a specific panel tailored exactly to their needs and which costs them nothing to maintain and organise. We are delighted to have this opportunity to demonstrate why OC is the first choice for networks and firms looking to harness the best in conveyancing panel creation and maintenance, particularly in the teeth of competition from other conveyancing companies. OpenConvey is looking forward to working with the firms within the Julian Harris network and I am sure they will see not only the outstanding service we provide, but also great value for their clients."

Julian Harris, Director of the network said “We wanted to give our member firms access to the best conveyancing option and OpenConvey proved they have the systems and the expertise to provide a conveyancing solution which meets our specification. The ability to compare solicitors’ fees all on one page fits in with our network’s ethos of offering the most competitive products and services from the whole marketplace. In addition, OpenConvey has taken away the cost and administrative time in setting up and maintaining our own panel while at the same time providing a platform to deliver service and value to our member firms."
