Hillyer McKeown recruits following prestigious panel win
A leading North West law firm has launched a fresh recruitment drive after being appointed to a prestigious conveyancing panel.
Property Butler has chosen Hillyer McKeown to provide its estate agent clients with residential property legal services.
Tim Price, a Director of Property Butler, which operates across the UK, said: “Conveyancing is one of the most important aspects of any property transaction but one which traditionally provides estate agents with the biggest headache.
“By only working with award-winning solicitors committed to the highest possible standards, we are enabling estate agents to improve the quality of service they offer home buyers.
“Hillyer McKeown has been selected as a solicitor partner because of its commitment to client care, communication, innovation and the latest technology.”
Tricia Lonorgan, Hillyer McKeown’s Residential Conveyancing Head of Operations, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to Property Butler’s prestigious panel of award-winning solicitors.
“We have invested heavily in putting in place the best possible people and systems to ensure our conveyancing clients receive the best possible service.
“Buying and selling your home is the biggest decision most people make. Estate agents and their clients need to know that their conveyancing service will be fast, responsive and cost effective.”
Tricia added: “As a result of panel appointments like Property Butler, we are actively looking for up to a dozen new recruits to join the team.
“We have opportunities for solicitors, paralegals, conveyancing executives and legal assistants interested in joining our team.”
Conveyancing is just one of a number of Hillyer McKeown departments which have seen significant growth in the past year.
Hillyer McKeown, which provides a range of business and personal legal services, has seen staff numbers increase from 65 to almost 90 during the past 18 months.
