Festive season opening hours for SRA calls
Both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Contact Centre and Ethics Guidance teams will be answering calls between 29th December and 2nd January. They are both closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day as these are Bank Holidays.
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, the Contact Centre will be open from 8am until 4pm. Ethics Guidance will be open from 9am until 4pm.
On 29th and 30th December, and 2nd January, the Contact Centre will be open from 8am until 6pm, with Ethics Guidance open from 9am until 5pm.

From 5th January, both will return to their normal opening hours. These are:
Contact Centre: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 8am to 6pm, Tuesday -9.30am to 6pm.
Ethics Guidance: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
