Estate Agent Searches Conducted 24/7

Hamptons International Estate Agents launched their 24/7 estate agent search system back in 2018. As a result a third of their client base are making property searches on a Sunday afternoon, whilst the agency is closed.

Currently for Hamptons International, 80% of their property searches begin online, with everyone using their online system, whether their buying, selling or renting their homes.

Mary Beeton, Head of London Sales at Hamptons International, said:

“We identified the need to transform this area of our business some time ago, always wanting to go the extra mile for our customers, and the 24/7 service has been very well received since its subsequent launch in 2018.

“We know that house hunting isn’t a 9-5 job, and we also know that calling a suppose out of hours ‘service’ and finding it to be simply someone taking messages is frustrating when you want answers or action.

“We are delighted that so many customers have found our extended availability has helped their property search, sale or let over the last year and we look forward to helping many more in the future.”

  • “80% of their property searches begin online” translates as “80% of property searches start with a sales pitch” and more balanced information comes later.
