Estate agent property portal aims to streamline home buying process
A new property portal which claims to ease the moving process and allow users to list properties for free has launched today (06/06/18).
In addition to setting out its aims to help make the home buying process more streamlined, PropertyHeads states that it’s the ‘property social network’, designed to connect everyone involved in the home moving process. They claim that through the use of their ‘innovative tools such as InstantAgent Messaging, Deal Groups and their integrated Move Planner’ they help make the home moving process easier than ever.
Whilst the information currently known about the company is minimal, the website does state that the company has been founded this year by Ben Davis, and claims to bring ‘transparency and efficiency to the way people connect and collaborate with estate agents, tradesmen and each other for all things property.’
Quoted in the launch statement was Ben Davis, named as chief executive of the PropertyHeads Group. He said: “We are delighted to be launching PropertyHeads in partnership with so many leading estate agents. Our mutual partnership with estate agents will essentially underpin our success which is why we will always offer free property listings.
“However, we are much more than a property listing portal, consumers will be using our site to find tradesmen and property services and save money using our price comparison tool all whilst building their social network. These added services will help drive the consumers to the portal. In addition, we offer innovative tools for the professionals which will help improve the home buying process. There is a great appetite for an all-encompassing interactive service to aid the homebuying process and we have been hugely encouraged by the response to our exciting venture.”
