The ESTAS are still set to go ahead next month, although the format of the awards has had to be changed due to the corona virus pandemic.
The event will take place online on Friday 3 July 2020 at 4pm, and is free for anyone to access.
Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS Group, said:
“We’ve thought long and hard about holding a postponed live event and we were ready to announce a new date in November. However having monitored the news very closely it’s become apparent that even as lockdown is eased large gatherings – especially indoor events – will not be allowed any time soon.
“Social distancing is clearly going to be with us for many months to come and will be one of the governments priorities as we head into the winter months once again.”
“We’ve also spoken to many clients over recent weeks and we are acutely aware of how eager firms are to find out if they’ won an ESTA for 2020. There’s never been a more important time for agencies, mortgage advisors and suppliers to be recognised for the superb customer service they deliver to their clients.
“Having the status of an ESTAS Winner in 2020 will be invaluable for firms and provide a fantastic marketing message for the rest of the year and we don’t want anyone to miss out on any opportunity to win new business.”
Ensuring the safety of everyone involved, was one of the factors which resulted in the awards going digital.
