Conveyancing portal sees January instructions grow by 65%

A conveyancing portal has reported a significant rise in new instructions received to its panel last month.

In January 2018, SortRefer reported that new conveyancing instructions to its panel grew by 65% in the first month of 2018 compared to the correspondent month in 2017.

The portal also saw the number of users in a single month reach a record high in January, which founder, Kevin Tunnicliffe, expressed his delight at: “We are delighted by the increase in new business, which is a testament to the quality of the service we offer through our portal and that of our conveyancer panel, members of which have proved to be outstanding examples of best practice and service to our introducers’ customers.

“What I am particularly pleased about is the record number of new users who have been attracted to the SortRefer proposition in January. We have spent a lot of time and effort in restructuring our external and internal sales and customer service departments and January’s new user tally is a direct result of the new system bedding in and showcases the talented individuals we have working tirelessly to make SortRefer the best conveyancing platform in the market.”
