The Conveyancing Fee Earner within our Private Client department will be responsible for delivering a robust quality residential conveyancing service to Minster clients, to generate fee income and contribute to the general success of the department. We will look for you to apply your wide experience in handling residential conveyancing matters to manage a portfolio of mixed residential conveyancing cases from instruction to registration. You will also deal with property dispute, litigation advice and cases from various referral sources and insurers. The proven track record of client care you will bring with you to this role will contribute to the overall success of the department. We will look for you to be an excellent negotiator and conduct yourself professionally at all times.

Key Skills & Experience -Proven track record of handling residential, Freehold, leasehold, newbuild & shared ownership conveyancing matters -Extensive experience acting as either a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor -Good Excel & Word Skills -Case Management experience -Good numeric & literacy skills Key Attributes -Excellent negotiator -Organisational skills to a very high standard -Honest -Acts as a role model to colleagues -Attention to detail
