Conveyancers advised how to contact Simplify

The Simplify Group has released details of how conveyancers who are currently acting on the other side of transactions can contact them while they continue to get systems back up and running. 

An online form is now live to enable conveyancers, introducers and third parties to request a call back. Simplify advise

“Please use this form if you are a lawyer acting in transactions with Simplify conveyancing firms. We are aware of and are working to resolve an ongoing systems outage. We regret we are still not operating as normal yet.”

An update from the Simplify Group yesterday confirmed that they continue to experience issues with their IT systems and they are still not yet up and running. A tweet said

“We don’t have a firm date for when our IT systems will be back in normal operation, this is our key focus and we are making progress every day. This includes carefully bringing systems online as part of a secure, phased approach and finding ways to complete transactions safely. “
