Chairman of The Conveyancing Association encouraged by CQS accreditations

The Conveyancing Association was established to provide conveyancers with a voice, ensuring that they remain at the centre of the home buying process.  They say:  “We are the only trade body to specifically represent the interest of conveyancing firms in the UK” and despite only being around for a short time have many of the largest and most successful conveyancing operators on board, such as Myhomemove, Optima Legal and Goldsmith Williams.
Eddie Goldsmith, Chairman of the Conveyancing Association says:
“The Conveyancing Association is fully supportive of the objectives behind the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme and so it is encouraging to see the first law firms securing accreditation.  It is absolutely imperative that, given the challenges our industry faces, firms are committed to raising and maintaining standards.
We are very keen to work with the Law Society and lenders in any way we can to ensure our members increase professionalism and raise standards in residential conveyancing.”
