The Conveyancing Association was established to provide conveyancers with a voice, ensuring that they remain at the centre of the home buying process. They say: “We are the only trade body to specifically represent the interest of conveyancing firms in the UK” and despite only being around for a short time have many of the largest and most successful conveyancing operators on board, such as Myhomemove, Optima Legal and Goldsmith Williams.

It is absolutely imperative that, given the challenges our industry faces, firms are committed to raising and maintaining standards.
