From this week, all conveyancing fees for sales, purchase and remortgage have been reduced by £25 plus VAT. This means that Broker Conveyancing’s fees are now cheaper than all other conveyancing distributors in the marketplace.
The drop in conveyancing fees replaces the bonus offered to registered broker users however they still have the option of increasing their referral fee by £25 in order to maintain their income levels from each individual instruction.
