Broker Conveyancing announce January tablet giveaway

Broker Conveyancing, the broker-focused conveyancing distributor, has announced details of its January tablet giveaway.

From 2nd January 2015, every broker using Broker Conveyancing to instruct one of its panel of solicitors firms will be entered into a daily prize draw to win a tablet computer.

Throughout January, a tablet will be given away on every working day of the month meaning broker users of Broker Conveyancing have a chance to win one of 20 tablets.

Broker Conveyancing was launched in 2012 to meet the specific conveyancing needs of brokers and their clients. The proposition has a number of unique features including low panel fees, a £25 loyalty bonus, payment on exchange, an all-inclusive fee structure, ‘no completion – no fee’ arrangement, and ‘fall through protection’ on searches.

Harpal Singh, Managing Director of Broker Conveyancing, commented:

“Our January tablet giveaway is a return to the traditional notion of a ‘January sale’ – back in the day they were used as an opportunity to reward loyal customers and we intend to do the same. Each day all those brokers who submit an instruction will be entered into the prize draw for that day. Over the course of the month we’ll be giving away 20 tablet computers to our portal users. We also want new users to register and give our service a try – we have a formidable panel of solicitor firms and offer significant levels of income for their business.

“2014 was a particularly positive year for the property market and we’re anticipating more of the same during the course of 2015. We believe transaction levels will receive a short-term boost from the stamp duty changes and there remains ongoing strong demand for purchasing. While our own level of remortgaging business has held firm it would also be encouraging to see further remortgage activity in the marketplace however we still expect purchasing to be dominant. The start of the year is always an exciting time and we are looking forward to the year ahead and to growing the business through our valued broker customers.”
