Ben Harris of tmgroup using improving technology to improve the customer experience in conveyancing

tmgroup’s recently published Home Moving Trends 2015 report reinforced what many commentators have been saying over how consumers find conveyancer, namely price is not the priority that many in the industry think it is.

While not inconsequential to home movers entirely, the price of conveyancing is significantly less important to them than professionals believe, with communication and problem solving above price in the list.

At Legalex this year Ben Harris, tm group’s Sales and Marketing Director spoke about how the profession can demonstrate value to it’s customers.

Ben Harris was a regional sales manager for LMS and Business Network Director for movewithus before joining tm group in 2012. He spoke to Today’s Conveyancer about the importance of technology in improving the customer experience, and how customers pick their conveyancer.
