Award winners celebrate customer service success
Winners at the recent ESTAS Awards are pleased to have received recognition for the standard of customer service they provide.
Attended by over 300 conveyancing firms, the awards are based purely on consumer feedback and celebrate the firms who have prioritised the experience of their clients.
At present, customer experience of the home moving process is an area of political consideration, reflected in the ‘Call for Evidence’ launched last week.
Drawing on this was David Pett, Director of MJP Conveyancing. In light of the firm securing awards for both Best in Country and Region, David highlighted the firm’s focus on technology and prioritisation of transparency.
‘There is no better measure of how well we are doing with our service than to win not just one award but two which are based solely on client feedback. I would like to thank all of our clients ( close on 800 of the 5000 clients who gave feedback to ESTAS) for having faith in our service and for choosing a conveyancing provider driven by technology and complete transparency in everything it does. This has come at a time when the Government is looking to see what it can do to improve the conveyancing experience for clients and its reassuring that we are already receiving recognition for addressing a large area of the concern which features in the the Government’s call for action. I see our service as a flagship for the type of service the Government is looking to encourage. Its an amazing achievement and one which we are very proud to have attained’.
Taking home the Bronze Award for best in the Yorkshire region was PM Property Lawyers. Commenting on the achievement of the Sheffield based firm was Joanne Collins, Conveyancing Team Manager. She stated: “We’re incredibly proud of this award, particularly because it’s based on feedback from our customers. Our entire team works so hard to deliver great customer service and to be recognised in this way means a huge amount.”
Achieving the ESTAS Gold Award for the overall UK firm was Fletcher Longstaff. The Midlands based firm also took home the awards for Best in Region as well as Best Local Firm; achievements which Director Adam Cheal said is reflective of the firm’s performance.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised at this year’s ESTAS. It means so much to us as we know it’s our clients who have judged our performance. We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service and this proves we are delivering what we promise.”
