HM Land Registry Guidance Updates for Conveyancers

HM Land Registry have updated their Practice Guide 58 guidance : Format of registers for titles in Wales.

The guidance is aimed at conveyancers and other legal advisers about the register in its bilingual format (practice guide 58) – Section 4 has been added to clarify Land Registry’s procedure on translating register entries. This is not a change in practice.
