Created by Chris Harris the website has now grown rapidly and Rachel Lyndon now writes for the website regularly.   With over 3000 unique visitors and 11,000 page impressions in January 2011 we are reaching a broad range of conveyancers in the sector. Anyone interested in the sector is encouraged to send in articles for our consideration.

Chris Harris

Chris is a solicitor and has previously worked as the legal services director at a large panel management business for over ten years.  He recognises that there are a wide range of opinions in the sector and he wishes to maintain an editorial balance between the extremes of views that are often expressed in this sector.  Whether you are a firm traditionalist or you love to embrace the changes that the market offers your views are welcome.

Chris also provides consultancy to a number of conveyancers and suppliers to the conveyancing sector through Practical Vision Limited.

Rachel Lyndon

Rachel writes many of our articles and she is always interested in the views of conveyancers and articles that may interest them.  Rachel has over 17 years experience of dealing with conveyancing in various roles from Legal Cashier to Fee Earner and is also a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Secretaries

She also founded Pencil-Case, a UK based online virtual assistant business support service to the legal profession.  She particularly focuses on providing flexible administration and secretarial support to many legal firms.

We aim to provide conveyancing news and we are dedicated to keeping UK conveyancers informed about the changes that are happening.  Whether they be regulatory, technological, lender or estate agent driven this paper intends to keep you ahead of your competitors by providing you with information to ensure that you know what is going on.   We hope you will find our paper a valuable tool to enable your business to meet the challenges that conveyancers face.
