Searches UK, one of the leading providers of searches to UK conveyancing practitioners, were proud sponsors at the inaugural Modern Law Awards 2013 which took place last week in the truly exquisite surrounds of The Dorchester in London.
The Awards were attended by some of the biggest, best and most respected law firms in the country, all hoping to be recognised and applauded for their commitment, talent and achievements.
The first category up for nomination was the ABS (up to 50 Employees) Award, which Searches UK were delighted to sponsor. For this award, the team of judges, comprising of individuals at the very top of the legal and business community, had been asked to consider which firm could show the most successful implementation of strategic goals as demonstrated, for example, by development of new practice areas, financial performances and community involvement, reflecting the size of the business.
Whilst Pudsey Legal were highly commended for their achievements in this area, the Award was won by Brilliant Law, who arrived into the legal market in January this year and are headed by a team renowned for challenging the markets within which they operate.
