Searches UK pride themselves on their proactive approach to risk and compliance, with a dedicated Risk and Compliance Manager based in house and regular staff training, they ensure that all procedures are completed and regularly updated.
In order to achieve Legal Eye Quality Standard recognition, Searches UK underwent rigorous assessments from the Legal Eye team, supplying them with fully documented audit trails alongside staff training records of all areas of risk and compliance and regular search agent reviews.
In 2012, Searches UK approached Legal Eye Limited, Lexcel approved consultants specialising in best practice and risk and compliance management to the legal services market, to see if they could also be assessed. Legal Eye were more than happy to assess Searches UK, and they were approved as working in accordance with the Lexcel standard of excellence and further applauded for having high levels of risk and compliance procedures in place.
From initially approaching Legal Eye four years ago, Searches UK have achieved Legal Eye Quality Standard each year since.
