No more errors with Searches UK’s stamp duty land tax online portal

Searches UK are always looking to introduce brand new products to their existing portfolio to help make the conveyancing process as straightforward as possible. They are delighted to announce that they now provide SDLT as an online stamp duty submission form.

The new SDLT software duplicates the layout of the paper version and highlights any errors before the form is submitted, helping solicitors and conveyancers to avoid any timely or even costly delays.

When acting on behalf of the buyer, solicitors and conveyancers must submit SDLT within 30 days of the effective transaction. Completion of this form is compulsory and failing to do so accurately can result in a penalty.

Solicitors and conveyancers can receive a range of benefits from using this online system including: multiple time saving templates, audit trails, PDF generated forms and assurance that their stamp duty land tax form has been completed correctly – all of which helps conveyancing solicitors to save time, stress and money, while providing a higher quality of service to their clients.

The SDLT online portal integrates with a wide range of case management systems and is easy to install.

Managing Director Andrew Stenning said:

“At Searches UK, we pride ourselves on offering a personalised and professional service that helps to support our clients and make their transactions as simple and easy as possible. I am very excited to now be able to offer this new online portal that does exactly this.”
