For telephone answering specialist Moneypenny, March 2014 has proved to be its busiest month ever in terms of new clients taking up the service.
The number relates to new clients across the business; however Moneypenny’s legal sector continues to be the largest in the company, accounting for the highest call volume by sector each month, closely followed by calls to its dedicated property team.
Commercial Account Manager Bernadette Bennett comments: “These are exciting times at Moneypenny, not just in legal, but across the entire business as we support UK companies of all sizes, from start ups to multi-national corporations.
“We are heading ever closer to the amazing figure of 1,000 law firms using our service for either switchboard ‘overflow’ support or a fully outsourced reception and with plenty of activity planned across a range of events in the sector again during quarter two, after a hectic quarter one, we continue to be busy.”
