Flood Risk and Insurability – Podcast 7

Landmark Information Group is pleased to present its seventh podcast in a series that will review and explore key themes and topics of concern to the conveyancing market.
In this podcast we cover how flood risk can affect the insurability and therefore lending over a property, how insurers view the risk of flooding and how it can affect a whole postcode area whether the risk is high in all of that catchment.  We also review Landmark’s new insurance flood product, and how it differentiates and offers greater value over other flood insurance products currently on the market.  Listen here.
