Newcastle based law firm, Mincoffs are pleased to announce a further three new appointments to strengthen their ever growing successful Residential Conveyancing team.
The Residential Conveyancing team at Mincoffs Solicitors has more than doubled in size in the last three years. Denise Arnott, Adrienne Lawson and Caroline Clayton-Ridley are the latest to become part of this thriving Residential Conveyancing team, which has an outstanding reputation for its work throughout the North East and further afield.
Solicitor Denise Arnott joins the firm having previously worked at Optima Legal for 11 years. Denise has over 14 years’ experience of all residential conveying transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Solicitor Adrienne Lawson also joins the firm. Adrienne studied law at Cardiff University and the Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University before qualifying in 2012. Since qualifying Adrienne has worked in Residential Conveyancing and brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of conveyancing.
Caroline Clayton-Ridley joins as a Conveyancing Executive bringing with her a wealth of experience and excellent customer service skills having worked in Residential Conveyancing for over 20 years. Caroline has dealt with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds and transfer of equity.
Mincoffs Solicitor’s 12 strong Residential Conveyancing team is one of the largest in the region and Denise, Adrienne and Caroline’s appointments are as a result of rapid growth in that area of the business.
