TM Group celebrates 2 years of Official Searches direct

TM Group has launched a new website to celebrate that it is just over two years since TM Group started the TM Official Search Services hub through which, with the help and support of Land Charges departments across the country.   We believe that prior to the direct service with Local Autorities TM Group had used the NLIS channel to supply official local authority searches.
TM Group claim they "now processes more searches than ever. The secure and robust systems are designed to help maximise efficiencies and minimise risk."
Local Authorities are cited as endorsing the system saying:
“The TM portal is easy to use. You can see clearly where you are up to on accepting Searches, if you are in danger of going overdue and the replies to queries logged by both sides.”
“TM’s performance has been very good over the past two years, keeping us well informed and, on the odd occasion when we have had search queries, they have been dealt with promptly and efficiently enabling us to keep within our targets.”
Over 20 reseller channels are now registered as TM Partners, ordering their Official Searches via the TM hub including STL, Searchpoint, Severn Trent and Safe Move (Part of Yorkshire Water).
Alan Thorogood, Chief Executive Officer of STL says: “We are delighted with the great national service that TM provides. From the initial integration, through to the delivery of searches, TM always provides a first class service.”
Richard Clarke, Director of Searchpoint says: “TM has proved a reliable source of Official Searches. We have worked closely with TM in developing Searchpoint and have always found both their technical and customer support teams to be exceptional.”
To help celebrate their achievement, TM has also launched a new look website, which provides more information about the new services TM offers to Lenders as well as Local Authorities and Conveyancers.
Nick Dyoss, Sales Director at TM Group said: “we wanted to remind everyone of the wide range of services we offer. The new website design also reflects our continued investment in technology which enables us to provide a flexible service that can be adapted to benefit different organisations.”
