Residential Conveyancing team expands as demand increases

Growing demand from clients has allowed the Residential Property team at Napthens solicitors to expand with the appoint of three new team members.

Jayne Cassidy, Lisa Brown and Claire Ryles have joined the team at the Lancashire law firm.

Claire Ryles joins as a solicitor from a Bury-based law firm. Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, Claire, of Mitton near Clitheroe, acts for a broad range of clients who are looking to move property or who want to transfer or gift their property.

Jayne Cassidy, of Wigan, is a highly experienced conveyancing executive who advises clients on a range of matters including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, re-mortgages and auction properties.

Lisa Brown, of Preston, has 22 years’ conveyancing experience and joins the team as a legal assistant, working with team members on the day-to-day procedures of domestic conveyancing.

Sarah Barnes, head of Residential Property at Napthens, said: “As has been widely reported the property market is currently strong, with house prices increasing.

“This has brought with it an increased demand for conveyancing services, and with these three appointments we will be in a strong position and able to continue to offer clients the high level of service they have come to expect.”
