Marsh & Parsons has added to its office network with a new branch in Queen’s Park, unveiled on Monday 27th April.
Following the estate agency’s successful opening in Shoreditch earlier this year, the Queen’s Park office will strengthen the business in North West London, complementing its existing presence in North Kensington and Little Venice. The site on Salusbury Road has been extensively remodelled and beautifully designed by Barr Gazetas, costing £200,000 in total.
The Queen’s Park branch is the second new office Marsh & Parsons has launched in 2015 so far, and is its 24th branch in the capital. There are plans to open an additional two new offices this year, as part of an ambitious growth strategy.
To celebrate the opening, Marsh & Parsons is offering homeowners in the area a special 0% sales fee over the next three months, until 24th July 2015. This is a significant discount from the standard 2% commission and will save local customers approximately £15,500 per sale on average.

Bringing almost 10 years of experience to the role, Callum Hodgson is taking up the position as Sales Manager. Prior to this, Callum has worked in and successfully managed offices across North London, so joins Marsh & Parsons with a wealth of local knowledge.
Tatiana Neves is the branch’s Letting Manager. She has worked nearby in Marsh & Parsons’ North Kensington office since 2012, standing her in great stead for this new role in neighbouring Queen’s Park.
