Having carried out research into the role of “customer experience” in legal services Peppermint Technology, in association with Microsoft, NatWest Business Banking, Epoq and Oyez Professional Services, have surveyed over 1,000 consumers, more than 160 law firms and 150 businesses in a bid to gain a general view of both real and perceived customer attitudes and are due to reveal the results on 17th October at the Legal Futures conference ‘New ways to practise law’.
Arlene Adams, Peppermint’s CEO, will join Adam Sampson, Legal Ombudsman, and Paul Munden of the Legal Services Consumer Panel to discuss the research findings.
