Goldsmith Williams to release new case management tool

Goldsmith Williams Solicitors is gearing up to “reinvent case management… again” in the conveyancing sector, the Liverpool-based law firm has claimed.

The 150 personnel-strong firm will launch a redeveloped version of online case management tool GWlive in early 2017.

The revamped GWlive will enable brokers and introducers to open cases instantly and maintain 24-hour access to them, monitoring the case progress constantly to keep clients up-to-date.

The new generation software revolutionises the way mortgage introducers work with solicitors, in that it gives the exact same information to both parties.

Introducers can review all case notes and correspondence such as emails, letters, call logs and faxes sent. Instant quotes and updates on case progression, as well as transaction milestones, can also be received. In turn, telephone and fax bills are reduced and time is saved. All this can be integrated into the introducer’s own system with virtually no training required.

GWlive will become available in an improved new format – with enhanced design features to ensure a more fluid user experience, including full responsiveness for mobile and tablet use.

Emma Coffey, Head of Sales at Goldsmith Williams, comments:

“It is extremely important to all of us here at GW that the firm remains at the forefront of conveyancing technology, so that the introducers and brokers we work with everyday can enjoy the best possible experience, which is in-turn passed down to the client.

“It is this forward-thinking approach that has largely contributed to the firm remaining at the forefront of conveyancing law for more than 30 years – in Liverpool and nationally.

“I’m sure that I speak for everyone when I say I am extremely excited to unveil the new and improved GWlive. We look forward to your feedback!”

A BETA version of GWlive is to be previewed by selected parties in coming months, before a full-scale launch.

The launch is to be guided by GW’s newly appointed Head of IT David Cannell, who was instrumental in the initial launch of GWlive in 2006 and returns for phase two.
